Things I’d like to focus on in 2023:
- Meditating regularly
- Reading my collection of self help books and workbooks
- Keeping my blog active, which means setting aside time to write
- Continuing therapy
- Walking for mental health
- Attending a poetry slam
5 out of 6 of these things are setting myself up for continuing self-care. 1 of these things is to encourage me to step out of my comfort zone and put myself out there. I am dedicated to keep growing and healing.

I plan to energize through self care. It’s a whole thing, learning to care for yourself in place of degrading yourself as a habit of childhood learning. Your goals are similar to my own, and I look forward to reading your blog throughout the new year. Have been enjoying your poetry, of course.

I just plan on completing my transfer to no meat, cheese or animal fat. I also started, both for the first time ever, a shirt meditation and a wee bit of yoga.
